JRP Louver Cramping Machine

The JRP louver cramping press has been designed and built for the efficient assembly of shutters and louvered door or body panels.

The JRP works electro-hydraulic. The maximum pressure exerted by the cramping beam is 100.000 N (10.000 kp); the side pressure cylinders operate at max. 20.000 N (2.000 kp) each. The pressure beams are set up by hand at spindle with Acme thread. Flow regulating valves ensure uniform pressure beam advance movement. The pressure cylinders are precision-controlled by proportional-action hand valves with a pressure reducing valve built in. The press frame can be rapidly converted by repositioning the side pressure cylinders and fixed stops with attachment pins. The louver slats are located by template strips with detachable riders.
